What We Collect
To provide the Service, we collect:
- ·Account information: your name, email address, and hashed password (managed by Supabase).
- ·Financial transaction data: accessed read-only via Plaid from your connected bank accounts.
- ·Usage data: pages visited, features used, and error logs for improving the product.
- ·Subscription data: billing details handled and stored by Stripe — we never see raw card numbers.
How We Use Your Data
- ·To generate your 90-day cash flow forecast and detect recurring bills.
- ·To send you the Weekly Pulse push notification summary (if enabled).
- ·To send price-creep and low-balance alerts (if enabled).
- ·To process subscription payments via Stripe.
- ·To improve accuracy of bill detection and forecasting algorithms.
What We Never Do
- ✓We never sell your personal or financial data to third parties.
- ✓We never use your data for advertising or ad targeting.
- ✓We never store your bank login credentials — Plaid handles authentication directly with your bank.
- ✓We never move money or initiate transactions on your behalf.
Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Our infrastructure is hosted on Supabase and Vercel, both of which maintain SOC 2 compliance. Financial data is synced via Plaid's encrypted APIs.
Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account Actions. Upon deletion, all your data (transactions, forecasts, bills, goals) is permanently purged within 30 days. We retain anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@billboard.app. We will respond within 30 days.
