By accessing or using BillBoard ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BillBoard is a personal finance dashboard that connects to your bank accounts via Plaid to display transaction history, detect recurring bills, and project future cash flows. The Service is informational only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
BillBoard offers a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the rate of the plan you selected:
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date through the billing portal in your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period and you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
BillBoard uses Plaid, Inc. to connect to your financial institution. By connecting your accounts, you agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy available at plaid.com/legal. BillBoard receives read-only access to your transaction data. We do not store your bank login credentials and cannot initiate transactions on your behalf.
Cash flow forecasts are algorithmic estimates based on historical transaction patterns. They are not guaranteed to be accurate. Market conditions, irregular expenses, and other factors may cause actual results to differ. Do not make financial decisions based solely on BillBoard forecasts.
You must be at least 18 years old to use BillBoard. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, do not use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@billboard.app of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data including transaction history, forecasts, and subscription records will be permanently removed within 30 days. We may also suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
