Ember & Oak was born from a simple belief: the best meals come from the best ingredients, cooked with care over an open flame. Chef Marcus Rivera spent a decade in Chicago's top kitchens before returning to the south suburbs to build something personal.

Every morning, our team visits partner farms to hand-select the day's produce. Every evening, our wood-fired hearth transforms those ingredients into something unforgettable. This is cooking the way it was meant to be.
